She is surrounded by love, friends and family. Initiated into the Shorsemen gang at a young age, he rises to the level of leader.<br \/>\nCan a young, idealistic co-ed, crack a jaded gang member&#8217;s icy shell and allowing the warmth of her love to awaken his soul?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Review:<\/h2>\n<p>Julie and her friends see the hot new student, Robert.\u00a0 It isn&#8217;t long until they discover he is just a student he is a student from the bad side of town.\u00a0 Julie is intrigued and attracted to this bad boy.\u00a0\u00a0 Robert finds he is drawn to Julie too.\u00a0 When Julie tries to befriend Robert he is skeptical of her motives, but Julie will not give up.\u00a0 The two become close and Julie learns all the Roberts dirty secrets and what he is ashamed of.\u00a0 As these two friends learn more and grow closer feelings turn to love.\u00a0 Can the love flourish between this Romeo and Juliet or will their different worlds crush it?<br \/>\nI really got sucked into this story.\u00a0 The drama mixed with the love story was wonderfully woven.\u00a0 I felt that for a Romeo and Juliet like story this was unique yet realistic.\u00a0 The conflict between the two social classes was done well.\u00a0 I also loved the depth of the characters.\u00a0 None of the characters, even the supporting ones, were flat.\u00a0 They all had multiple facets to their life.\u00a0 This was one of the best parts of this book.\u00a0 The only complaint I had was the way it was written.\u00a0 I know there is a bit of a warning at the beginning of the book regarding the storytelling method.\u00a0 It was a bit tough at the beginning and a few times throughout the story I wasn&#8217;t sure who was speaking and got a little lost, but once you over come those little bumps you find yourself drawn into the story and can&#8217;t help but want to read the whole trilogy in one sitting.\u00a0 Overall, I felt this was a good novel that definitely surprised me.\u00a0 When you read the first book you will definitely want to go on to the rest of the trilogy.\u00a0 I know I am anxious to read the next two books.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today I am spotlighting Dancing in Circles by Victoria Adams.\u00a0 This was a new take on a Romeo and Juliet story.\u00a0 This was a\u00a0refreshing and addictive read.\u00a0 You definitely will get wrapped up in the lives of Julie and Robert.\u00a0 Be sure to check out my full review after the book blurb.
