Today I have a wonderful novel to share with you.\u00a0 It’s an enthralling story that brings lore of Scotland and its enchanted lands to life.\u00a0 This is the first book in Mary Morgan’s Order of the Dragon Knights series.\u00a0 Dragon Knight’s Sword<\/em> will drag you in and make you fall in love with the story and the land of Scotland.\u00a0 For my full review keep reading after the book blurb.<\/p>\n

When Duncan Mackay plays a tragic role in cursing his family he feels that redemption only comes with giving up his own life.\u00a0 This all changes when Brigid O’Neill comes into his life.\u00a0 Brigid is from the future and has always been interested in her Scottish heritage.\u00a0 When she is sent an ancient sword and begins dreaming of a handsome Highland warrior who beckons her to bring him the sword.\u00a0 On an impulse, Brigid travels to Scotland to return the sword to the owner’s family.\u00a0 But, on a strange twist of fate and faery magic Brigid finds herself in 1205.\u00a0 Not long after landing in 1205 Brigid comes face to face with her dream Highlander.\u00a0 Instantly, Duncan and Brigid feel tied together.\u00a0 What Duncan doesn’t realize is that Brigid is his way of lifting his part of the curse and thawing his frozen soul.\u00a0 But, will Duncan let Brigid help in his quest or will he choose the wrong path and be doomed forever?
\nThis was a fantastic story.\u00a0 It drew me in and wouldn’t let go until the very last page.\u00a0 Duncan and Brigid’s love story was epic.\u00a0 It was one for the ages.\u00a0Not only will you fall in love with Duncan and Brigid but you will also love all the other characters like Nell, Finn and Cormac. \u00a0 This story isn’t just the love story that is so prominent.\u00a0 Scotland both past and present is a character.\u00a0\u00a0 Through this story the land draws you in and\u00a0calls to you.\u00a0 Like all good stories with memorable characters you will be dreaming of them for days to come.\u00a0 I guarantee you will be dreaming of Scotland after reading this book.\u00a0 This beautifully written story and wonderfully described scenery sets up this series as one I will definitely be following.\u00a0 This is definitely a story and series that will stay with you for a while.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
