I hope everyone had a great weekend and Memorial Day.\u00a0 Most people celebrate by going to picnics or lounging by the pool.\u00a0 What did I do you may ask on an 85 degree day?\u00a0 I baked cupcakes.\u00a0 That’s write I said cupcakes.\u00a0 Hot oven and all.\u00a0 I did do the picnic thing on Sunday, but on the actual day where we are supposed to be celebrating those who have served this nation.\u00a0 I was baking to bring to work on Tuesday.\u00a0 I do believe I am a bit crazy for doing so, but I thought why not?\u00a0 I did not bake all day though. I also got the lounging by the pool (kiddie) and some reading and writing in that day.\u00a0 I have recently finished a few new books and am currently writing a piece of my own.\u00a0 Keep your eyes peeled and I may be posting some of it as a series on here.\u00a0 But, we shall see about that.\u00a0 You will see below my tribute to our Veterans.\u00a0 Pineapple Upside Down<\/strong> cupcakes, German Chocolate<\/strong> cupcakes and Red Velvet Cheesecake<\/strong> cupcakes.\u00a0 If you are interested in any of these recipes let me know.\u00a0 So far the reviews of the cupcakes have all been 4 stars.\u00a0 I hope you all enjoy.\u00a0 I will have my regular book review back up tomorrow.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
