Worse yet, who am I if I don&#8217;t?<\/p>\n<h2>Review:<\/h2>\n<p>Lux is used to having all of the control.\u00a0 In her work as a Dominitrix it is imperative.\u00a0 But, Lux has yet to find the balance of that life and one that includes a relationship.\u00a0 That is until she meets Fin.\u00a0\u00a0 Fin, the sexy Scot, comes in and decimates Lux&#8217;s walls and boundaries.\u00a0 This terrifies Lux but she can&#8217;t see herself being with anyone but him.\u00a0 So, how can Lux deal with her issues and not destroy what she so desperately wants?\u00a0 Is it possible for her to have her cake and eat it too or will she willingly destroy the best thing that has ever happened to her?<br \/>\nThis was quite the sexy story.\u00a0 It illustrated a world that most people are not familiar with.\u00a0 The world of BDSM can be intimidating for those on the outside looking in.\u00a0 In this book, we see both sides of those who participate.\u00a0 The complex nature of those who choose to dominate and those who choose to submit.\u00a0 Through Lux we experience both and a taste of how real life is for those with these preferences.\u00a0 Lux is a complex character.\u00a0 She is probably one of the most real characters I have ever read.\u00a0 Her flaws and fears influence just like anyone else.\u00a0 Though Lux is such a flawed character it balances out with Fin.\u00a0 Fin is such a sexy addition and you truly can&#8217;t see Lux with anyone but him.\u00a0 Though we don&#8217;t get to see him as deeply as Lux we do see his influence on her and its outcomes.\u00a0 I think this book had a fantastic story woven with subject matter that most people aren&#8217;t aware of.\u00a0 This was my first Aly Bishop book, but I guarantee it won&#8217;t be my last.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Happy Labor Day for those of you celebrating!\u00a0 I hope you are getting to enjoy your day off and spend some time relaxing.\u00a0 I have just the book for you today.\u00a0 Inside the Lines takes us into the world of BDSM.\u00a0 No this is not another Fifty Shades book.\u00a0 This illustrates the culture and how&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3043","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 -
