But after someone steals the endangered bear cubs she\u2019s been assigned to protect, she must locate them or lose her job and return home in disgrace. The sexy inspector on the case isn\u2019t making this any easier. He knows nothing of her kind, and wulfkin rules forbid relationships with humans.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nNewly divorced Inspector Connell Lonescu trusts no one but himself. He\u2019s convinced relationships are a waste of time and thinks burying himself in work will ease the pain. Yet he\u2019s attracted to the gorgeous and mysterious Daciana, even if there\u2019s something slightly odd about her. Can Connell learn to trust the sexy but secretive woman?<\/p>\n<h2>Review:<\/h2>\n<p>Daciana is on her year away from her wolf pack.\u00a0 She is working at an animal institute.\u00a0 When the bear cubs she has been looking after are taken she is thrown into the mix as suspect, investigator and trespasser.\u00a0 Through this she works with Connell, the Inspector in charge of the case.\u00a0 Through their search the two become closer and as their passion flares so does the intensity of the case.\u00a0 Will they be able to control their passions long enough to find the bear cubs or will they be too late?<br \/>\nI love Daciana and Connell.\u00a0 They are smart, well developed characters that flow well within the story.\u00a0 You can really see how their relationship developed into the one we see in <em>Cloaked in Fur<\/em>.\u00a0 The paranormal aspect is fairly little in this book.\u00a0 It is mentioned and she only shifts one time.\u00a0 If you are looking for something that has a lot of paranormal this novella won&#8217;t give it to you.\u00a0 But, this is a prequel that definitely shows the paranormal in the follow-up.\u00a0 Overall, this is a great novella.\u00a0 I can&#8217;t wait to see what T.F Walsh has in store next.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Happy Friday!!
