The only reason Lani came back was because of her grandmother’s funeral.\u00a0 She had no intention to talk or interact with anyone except her family.\u00a0 But, when she runs into her best friend she is pulled back into the world she left 8 years ago.\u00a0 Brett can’t believe Lani is back.\u00a0 All he wants to do is ask her why she left without a word 8 yrs ago.\u00a0 His casanova ways will force them together on more than one level.\u00a0 He is determined to make her stay.\u00a0 She is determined to hate him forever.
\nI totally fell head over heels for this book.\u00a0 Lani and Brett were great.\u00a0 Their story was exciting, relatable and unique.\u00a0 Their story had so many emotional depths.\u00a0 The hurt they both unintentionally caused is what propelled the story to where it was.\u00a0 Though Lani and Brett are awesome so are the rest of the characters.\u00a0 Their addition brought a lot of comedy to a story that had the possibility to drag or be too emotional.\u00a0 Emma Hart’s phenomenal story telling ability truly shines in Casanova<\/em>.\u00a0 If you are looking for a steamy romance with a bit of leftover teenage angst thrown in you will want to one-click this bad boy.
