But not if Harper can help it.<\/h3>\n<h2>Review:<\/h2>\n<p>Harper has always been smart, clever and good at her job.\u00a0 Even when she was in grad school she was the best.\u00a0 Ryder has always known this and this has made him want her ever since their one steamy kiss was cut short.\u00a0 So when they are forced to compete for a job the tension between them could be cut with a knife.\u00a0 When their competitive nature and sexual attraction explodes so does their relationship.\u00a0 Can Harper and Ryder finally find their way to each other or will the job get in the way?<br \/>\nThis was such a smart and sexy story.\u00a0 I loved how their competitive drive made them want each other even more.\u00a0 It made her more attractive to him and that is unique in a romance story.\u00a0 Harper&#8217;s sexuality was accentuated by her confidence and smarts.\u00a0 Ryder was just sexy from the moment the story begins.\u00a0 K. He really is magnificent. I note his posture and the way he carries his body when he moves forward a few steps. There\u2019s an air about him that says he\u2019s no-nonsense and in control, powerful, and at the same time he doesn\u2019t seem uptight. He has that Southern<br \/>\nCalifornia professional vibe. I can\u2019t put my finger on it but he reminds me of someone I can\u2019t quite place.
