Nope. I\u2019m talking about the “falling in love with one of my client’s daughters,\u201d kind of trouble . . .
\nThe kind of problem I can\u2019t talk my way out of when the truth gets out.<\/p>\n
How I ended up with her phone is a long story\u2014and when she called to get it back, I took things a bit too far. One innocent exchange wound up leading to so much more.<\/p>\n
Fun, new, and totally immune to my charm, Sutton is different. And I had no idea she was the daughter of Foster Green.<\/p>\n
Blame it on the dark colored stout running through my veins, pushing me toward one bad decision after another. Pushing me toward her even though I know right from wrong; even though she’s my client’s daughter.<\/p>\n
Dating her might be the best or worst decision I’ve ever made. Only time, whiskey, and one more roll around the mattress with her will tell.<\/p>\n
Roarke McCool is the stereotypical bad boy.\u00a0 After an unfortunate incident he is being forced to go through anger management and community service.\u00a0 Before he even begins he gets into a fight at a hotdog shop over ketchup.\u00a0 Sutton Green just so happens to be at the hotdog shop when that happens.\u00a0 When their phones get swapped in the fight,\u00a0 Roarke decides to make Sutton’s life difficult.\u00a0 However, when Roarke and Sutton realize they have a mutual friend in her famous father things get complicated.\u00a0 What neither expect is for their text messages, late night sleepovers and banter to become so much more.\u00a0 With the odds stacked against them will these two find a happily ever after?<\/p>\n
This was a fantastic novel.\u00a0 Meghan Quinn truly knows how to write a romantic comedy.\u00a0 Roarke and Sutton are such memorable characters.\u00a0 He is the epitome of the bad boy.\u00a0 When he finds the oh so sweet Sutton he can’t think he’d ever want someone like her.\u00a0 However, she is the one character that evolves what seems so dramatically.\u00a0 They both influence each other for the best but how they get there is so very comical.\u00a0 Along with Roarke and Sutton are their friends, Bram, Rath and Maddie.\u00a0 There is one particular scene involving a proposal that will have you snort laughing out loud. If you haven’t read a Meghan Quinn book yet, there is no time like the present to pick this book up.\u00a0 If you are a fan of Tara Sivec, you will love Meghan Quinn.\u00a0 I look forward Meghan Quinn’s next book.<\/p>\n
