Ok…this is the second in the double-header review. I have for you the third book in Ally Bishop’s Without a Trace series. Tracing the Line was another erotic installment of this great romance. Ally Bishop keeps getting better with each of these books. For my full review keep reading after the book blurb. Have a great week! Find a great book to make it go quicker.
Book Blurb:
They say love doesn’t hurt.
But it’s a lie. I promise you, love someone long enough, and they’ll destroy your soul.
I’ve spent my life taking care of everyone else: my family, my ex-hus- band, my friends. Deep down, I know I should focus on myself, but how can I when I’ve got one sister about to implode while the other battles her own guilt?
The minute I met Kai Isaac, I should’ve run in the opposite direction. His business isn’t one I want any part of, and I’ve got way too much drama in my life already.
But his kiss…those eyes…the raging inferno he creates when he touches me…I can’t stay away. Life’s reeling out of control, and he’s my only refuge from the storm.
My sister Lux says trusting someone means not knowing everything about them and being okay with it…but what if not knowing the truth ruins everything?
Review:
Zi, dispite her lingerie shop, has been quite the conservative. She isn’t like her sister Lux. She hasn’t had many lovers and she doesn’t like the idea of some of the kink that others are into. That is until she meets Kai. Kai is involved in producing sex tapes. At first, Zi is completely opposed to Kai and what he does. But, when she can’t fight her attraction to him any longer sparks fly and inhibitions go out the window. Everyone comes with their own baggage. It depends on whether you can accept it or not. Can Zi accept Kai or will she give up on him after discovering his secrets?
I really loved this one. Like all the other Ally Bishop books they are erotic romance with a touch of kink. This is what makes this series unique to me. It isn’t entire about the erotic or the kink. There are fantastic characters and story telling going on. Zi and Kai are very unique and have a lot of depth. It shows through out the story. Romance, erotic sex scenes with a touch of kink makes this book hot and melty. You will pick it up and won’t be able to put it down even if it burns you. I truly can’t wait to see what Ally Bishop will come out with next.
