Mae is dreading her cousin’s wedding. Its going to be just another high society Aspen party. What she doesn’t count on is her mother’s insistance that Landon, the town’s local manwhore, be her date. Knowing that this will be bad she braces herself for the worst and hopes for okay. When Landon’s brother, Aiden, comes back to town she finds herself wishing he was the one taking her to the wedding. As their lives keep colliding so does the sexual tension of years past. Will Mae survive the wedding fiasco or worse fall for her ideal man?
I adored this book. I love this series and Mae and Aiden’s story was a fantastic addition. It was fun, romantic and sexy. Daisy Prescott had me turning the pages faster and faster to find out what would happen next. The love triangle between Mae and Aiden and Landon was just the right amount of drama. As Mae and Aiden fall into each so does the reader. You feel everything they are feeling and every romantic gesture Aiden does will make even the most stoic woman swoon. The setting of the mountains of Aspen and the wild and crazy crew help set up the romantic comedy with laughs and loves. You will love the story between Mae and Aiden but you will also love the outlandish things Landon says even when he knows he shouldn’t. Be prepared there is quite the twist at the end you may not see coming. If you haven’t grabbed a Daisy Prescott book, I’d recommend this series as one of her best.
